2012 starts off with a bang, I am teaching at LOKA Studios, http://loka-studios.com/, this will be an exciting year ahead.  I look forward to growing with everyone in the Yoga community and becoming more of a compassionate loving being with each thought and act.
Yoga teacher training changed my life forever and enlarged my world bringing me into contact with so many wonderful people and opening doors I had no idea existed just a short year ago.  This Yoga life is so wonderful if you let Yoga take you wherever it wants to lead, you will not be disappointed.

Yoga is a blessing

Yoga is a blessing in my life and I hope to share this blessing with many through opening a Yoga Studio.  The path seems dark at this time but I know when the time is right the doors will open and I will open a fantastic studio to bless many and bring them the joy, peace and love only Yoga can bring.  I had no idea just over a year ago when I dedicated myself to Yoga I would be this close to my dream.  I will keep moving, being faithful to Yoga and let the Universe take care of the rest.
