Dedication

I must dedicate this quest for Union with the Lord, to the Lord.  This means I must dedicate all my actions to the Lord so I will reflect the divinity of the Lord to the world.  Taking this Yoga teacher training has opened my eyes yet again to the glory of God and his preeminence in all things.  In the Lord we truly live, breath and have our being.  I dedicate my Yoga practice each time to the Lord in hopes some small good will come from my burning, bending and stretching.  Peace, Love and Yoga (PLaY) unto the Lord and he will take care of the rest.

Teacher Training

Three weeks in to Astanga Yoga teacher training with Rossella Rossi as primary instructor and guru ( www.yoganutritionlife.com), I can only say what a beautiful training and journey this class is on.  I know I have not posted to this blog in a while but now I am really going to try and make weekly updates again and grow this no-thing into its full potential.
