Raindrop Therapy For Higher Vibration

Almost everyday someone will ask me why they should have a Raindrop therapy session. There are so many reasons everyone should have Raindrop therapy, trying to tell them all the reasons in a few sentences can be difficult. Having all of the nine oils used in a Raindrop session applied to the body is reason enough to get a Raindrop therapy session. The oils used in Young Living's Raindrop therapy are Valor, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Cypress, Peppermint, Aroma Siez, Ortho Ease and V-6.

Here is a little more information about the oils. Valor is known as the chiropractor in a bottle oil and helps with spinal alignment and muscle problems. Oregano supports the immune system and is a virus hunter. Thyme has amazing anti-viral properties working along your spine to clean out dormant viruses. Basil is a wonderful muscle relaxant. Wintergreen helps to relieve aches and pains all over the body and is great for repairing bones. Marjoram is relaxing, helps with joint pain and any discomforts experienced in the body. Cypress purifies and cleanses the body, helping the body to detox from chemical overload. Peppermint is good for aches and pains all over the body and Aroma Siez is a muscle relaxant and reduces aches and pains. Ortho Ease and V-6 are carrier oils to help distribute the oils along the spine and other areas of the body. Every-body needs a Raindrop therapy session.

More of the many benefits of the session are reduced stress and anxiety, reduced inflammation in the body, spinal realignment, relaxed muscles, elimination of viruses and bacteria along the spine and detoxification of the bodies tissues. Drink plenty of water after the Raindrop therapy session is completed and get plenty of rest to help increase the effectiveness of the treatment. Another side effect of the treatment is you might crave Italian food after. If you are not sure why you will crave Italian food, reread the list of oils again. Now go find a Raindrop therapist in your area today and book an appointment. To book with me call 210-542-8672 if you are in the San Antonio Texas area. I hope you will be in a Raindrop therapy session soon, blessings.

Courage in a bottle, it really does exist.

One of my favorite Young Living oil blends is Valor. If you struggle with anxiety, depression and/or panic attacks then Valor is essential for you. Valor builds confidence and enhances your ability to overcome any problem or obstacle you might be encountering in your life. As the name implies when you use Valor you will be ready to go out and take on the world. Anytime you are lacking in confidence apply a drop or two of Valor to your wrist and go out boldly to take on the world. There are many other benefits to using Valor on a daily basis.

If you or someone you know snores at night place a drop of Valor on each big toe before bed and the snoring will quickly abate. When you go to see a chiropractor drop one or two drops of Valor on the neck before your session and you will have an even better adjustment. Valor has been called a chiropractor in a bottle and is just one of the many reasons every Raindrop therapy session starts and finishes with Valor. The uses for Valor are almost endless.

Valor also helps you to focus and improves your mood so you can be more confident in anything you are doing. If you feel like you might have the start of a tension headache, take a drop or two of Valor and rub the oil on the location where the tension is coming from and you will ward of the headache. For arthritis relief you can place a drop or two of  Valor right on the joints and the pain will subside, increasing range of motion. Too reduce or even eliminate the symptoms of TMJ use Valor along the jaw line at least twice a day. There are many more uses for Valor only a few have been mentioned here. Please share your own experiences with Valor in the comments section of the blog. Your testimonials are wonderful to hear and build confidence for everyone.

Swimming with the FIshes.

Fish pose is a wonderful pose to start a closing sequence in yoga and can be done with the legs in lotus or with the legs extended. To get into the pose you will need to lift your torso with your elbows and let your head fall back until the crown touches the mat or floor. Once you are in the pose just let your body fully enjoy the benefits by taking several deep breaths. Inhaling from the pelvic floor all the way up to the collarbone.

Some of the wonderful health benefits received from practicing fish pose on a regular basis are, the deep hip flexors and intercostals are stretched. The pose also helps to relive any tension in the neck, throat, and shoulders. The pose will also help to improve your posture, relieve stress, stimulate the organs of your digestive track and throat. Almost everyone should be able to practice the modified version of Fish Pose with very little difficulty and many great benefits.

Remember when entering into Fish Pose, support your weight with your forearms and elbows as you lower your head to the mat or floor. If you are a beginner you might only be able to rest your shoulder blades on the floor because they have not developed enough arch in their back yet but the arch will come with practice. Remember to keep the legs active while in the pose and to engage the internal locks or banda's to get maximum benefit from the pose. Now go out there and swim with the fishes.

If life gives you lemons be excited because you can make lemon oil. The oil is such a powerful tool for detoxing and rejuvenating the body, mind, and spirit. Lemon oil can be used to make 54% fewer errors. When driving lemon oil will help you to concentrate on the road and stay focused. Lemon oil will promote weight loss because of the detoxification effect the oil has on the body, especially the liver.

You may also substitute lemon oil for lemon juice but remember you only need one drop in a glass or cup because Young Living oils are super concentrated. When you are ready to eliminate unwanted habits or traits in your life, Kalesvara mudra will help. The mudra helps to calm the mind and bring focus to the unwanted habit or trait that needs to be eliminated. As the time frame between thoughts grows longer, the mind becomes more clear and able to focus on what is necessary to eliminate the unwanted habit or trait.

Use the mudra twice a day for 10 - 20 minutes for best results.

The Kalesvara mudra can also help when a new positive habit or trait is desired in life. Sit quietly and ask the universe what the benefit of the new habit or trait that is desired. Ask the cosmic consciousness to help bring the new habit or trait to fruition. Then describe the new trait or habit as completely as possible so the universe can respond with exactly to the energy generated with the mudra and the thoughts being produced. Backbends for Everyone

Backbends are great for health and well-being. A healthy spine will translate to a healthy life. An easy backbend to start with is Upward Facing Dog or Urdhva Mukha Svanasana in Sanskrit. Almost everyone can do the pose and if Upward Facing Dog is too much Cobra pose is a great variation but the legs are not lifted off of the mat.

Some of the benefits of doing Upward Facing Dog are increased strength in the arms, wrists, abdomen and legs. The pose also helps to increase the flexibility of the spine and flexibility is vital for over all health and well-being. Normally Upward Facing Dog is done as part of the Sun Salutation sequence that will open most vinyasa flow classes but the pose can be done as a stretch and strength building portion of any workout program.

When doing Upward Facing Dog there are some fundamentals that should be practiced. Always keep the legs engaged and off of the floor. Keep the shoulders over the wrist and the wrist shoulder distance apart. Do not hunch the shoulders up around the ears, keep them relaxed but engaged in the pose. Always be mindful of the wrist in the pose. Upward Facing Dog will heal wrist injuries but if not done properly could aggravate or cause more harm. Now go and do some Upward Facing Dogging.

Change Energy for New Direction

Shivalinga is an energy changing mudra. To do the mudra you place your right hand with thumb extended upwards in the palm of the left hand. The right hand is a symbol of masculine force that encompass the destructive and informational aspects of life. Life is all about cycles. The seasons cycle one after the other, the flower must die to produce fruit and our bodies must replace dead cells to continue to thrive. Without the process of destruction and renewal life would not be possible.

Use the mudra to transform any dynamic you are ready to change. If you have depression, dissatisfaction, laziness, or any process that you might need to be transformed or eliminated from your life use Shivalinga a couple of times a day for up to five minutes each time. Shivalinga is very helpful in the healing process and should be used whenever you encounter a difficult situation where there needs to be more verve in your life.

To help you reach your full potential or rebirth something in your life, imagine your left hand is a mortar and your right hand a pestle. As you move your right hand in your left imagine you are grinding into dust the old energy you that no longer servers you. Then watch as the wind catches the dust of the old energy and blows the it off into the world to be transformed into new more vital and productive process. You hold the key to change. Allow Shivalinga mudra to be a helper in your change process.
