Positive Affirmations

Did you know that 60-70% of self-talk is negative? People who are able to change their self-talk from negative to positive make changes and improvements in their lives faster than those who continue with the profusion of negative self-talk. Another fact about positive affirmations, people who write down their positive affirmations and review them at least every other day are more likely to fulfill their positive affirmations.


Being positive minded is extremely important for success in life. When a person believes in them self and the abilities that they have to accomplish a task or a goal, backing up their belief with positive self-talk and affirmations, they will accomplish anything they put their mind too. Take the time to write down goals, dreams and affirmations. Review those goals, dreams, and affirmations at least 3-4 times a week. When a person take the time to do these actions, they are choosing success, happiness, and abundance in their life.  


When a person let's go of beliefs, fears, and negative thought process that are holding them back and replaces them with positive affirmations, they are going to be successful. When a person repeats the positive affirmations until they become impressed on the subconscious mind, great things will happen. The subconscious mind controls the decisions and actions a person takes to a great degree. The subconscious mind will accept as true what a person keeps saying to it. Take time and write down goals, dreams and positive affirmations today. Start reviewing those same goals, dreams, and positive affirmations and claiming them, so they become part of the subconscious mind. Then happiness, success, and abundance will happen.
