Continuous Improvement

When you are ready to eliminate unwanted habits or traits in your life, Kalesvara mudra will help. The mudra helps to calm the mind and bring focus to the unwanted habit or trait that needs to be eliminated. As the time frame between thoughts grows longer, the mind becomes more clear and able to focus on what is necessary to eliminate the unwanted habit or trait.


There does not need to be a battle to eliminate the unwanted habits or traits but steady patient use of the Kalesvara Mudra will enable loving understanding and peaceful guidance to come from the inner voice that everyone can tune into when they slow down and listen to the unlimited consciousness of the universe.
